DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

1. DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs will be added to the cart at checkout. The prices displayed at checkout are inclusive of delivery to the address chosen by you.

2. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We will ship your Order to the delivery address you provide for your Order. If you have provided an incorrect address, please let us as know as soon as possible. We do not provide refunds if you have provided an incorrect delivery address.

3. DELIVERY METHOD
All orders will be completed through Australia Post. If using a P.O. box, double check your address/postcode eligibility on the Australia Post website. 

4. SHIPPING TIMES
All delivery times are estimates.

4.1 Standard Shipping

We charge $11 for parcels weighing 0kg - 0.5kg and $15 for parcel 0.5kg - 1kg to be sent to any Australian delivery address.

We offer $2 delivery fee within the Hobart CBD.

If you are overseas but delivering to an Australian address, the same delivery fee applies.

Delivery time after dispatch: 2-10 days after the item/s have been dispatched from our warehouse. 

4.2 Express Shipping

We charge $15.99 for parcels weighing 0kg - 0.5kg and $19 for parcel 0.5kg - 1kg to be sent to any Australian delivery address and it is the best way to ensure your parcel arrives as quickly as possible.

As a general rule the Express Post Delivery Network only covers the major metropolitan areas in each state. Just to be sure, double check your postcodes eligibility on the Australia Post website. 

Delivery time after dispatch: 1-2 days after the item/s have been dispatched from our warehouse.

NB: All our estimates are based on working business days and assume that shipping and delivery don't occur on holidays and weekends. If your order has still not been delivered after the advertised time frame, or there is no time frame listed on our website, please click below to speak to one of our Live Chat representatives.

5. TRACKING

We'll send you a shipping notification with a tracking number the same day the item/s ships. You can use this to follow the progress of your delivery.

Please note that it may take some time before your tracking link is active as your parcel will need to be scanned by Australia Post at one of their facilities.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES

Australia Post terms apply to the delivery of your Order to you. Please let us know if there are any issues with delivery. All delivery times provided to you are estimates only and are subject to postal delays and reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee that your Order will be delivered within the times indicated. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of or in connection with late deliveries.

6.1 Problems with your delivery

In the event that Australia Post fails to deliver your order due to invalid address information, they will return the order back to Nena Book and Gift Store.

Nena Book and Gift Store will do their best to ensure the information you have input is accurate. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive at its destination if you have not provided a correct address details and as much information as possible to assist the couriers when delivering e.g. company name, level, suite etc.

If your order has not yet been shipped you will need to send Nena Book and Gift Store an email advising the error and requesting a change in details.

If your order has a status of "packed" or "shipped" we will not be able to guarantee any change in shipping details.

Unfortunately, you will be liable for any costs incurred in return to sender parcels if the information you provided was inaccurate.

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse international orders.

Delivery costs will be added to the cart at checkout. The prices displayed at checkout are inclusive of delivery to the address chosen by you.

Approved international orders may be subject to customs and import duties upon reaching its country of destination. You will be responsible for paying all customs and import duties and acknowledge that failure to pay may result in your Order being held at customs. We will not be liable for any costs you may incur in having your Order released from customs, including reimbursing you for any customs or import duties you may pay.
