Can I earn store credits without having a customer account?
No. At this time to earn store credits customers need to have an account with us, please create your account so the store credit can be added after the book exchange has been carried out. You can add the books you want to your cart before coming in and finalize your purchase once the store credit has been added to your account.
Can I use my store credit in-store?
No, credits are only valid for online purchases but instead of 'Delivery' choose 'Pickup' or whichever you would prefer.
Can I trade in more than 10 books?
We have a limit on the number of books that can be accepted at once but it also depends on inventory needs.
How do I know how much credit I’ve earned?
Credit is given on the spot and added to your customer account.
How can i view how much credit I’ve earned?
You can view your store credit balance in your account details when you are logged into your customer account.
How do I apply the store credit during check out?
As long as you have store credit available on your account, and you're logged into your customer account, the value of your store credit displays at checkout in the Store credit section. You can select "Apply Store Credit" to use store credit as a payment method.
Why can't I stack my store credit above $15?
This is to support the continuation of the program so we can keep exchanging stories and ensure the business remains sustainable.
