What is the return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help!

Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition with tags attached. Simply contact our customer service team, and depending on the item we'll provide you with a prepaid return label.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Some items, like personalised or final sale products, cannot be returned - these will be clearly marked before checkout. We're committed to making the return process as easy and hassle-free as possible.

When will I get my order?

Delivery times are estimates based on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Standard Shipping: 2–10 business days after dispatch
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after dispatch

You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been packed and handed to our courier. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us via Live Chat.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally (within Tasmania and Australia) and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping

  • $11 AUD for orders up to 0.5kg
  • $15 AUD for orders between 0.5kg – 1kg
  • Estimated delivery: 2–10 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping

  • $15.99 AUD for orders up to 0.5kg
  • $19 AUD for orders between 0.5kg – 1kg
  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch (major metro areas only)

Local Delivery (Hobart CBD)

  • Just $2 AUD delivery fee
